One of the objectives of the Center is to facilitate the integration of
remote sensing data products within the natural resource management and
policy arena. The distribution of spatial data in attractive, easy to view
and query formats is a fundamental element of that role. Internet map
serving technologies developed at the University of Minnesota (MapServer)
and MSU (customized ArcIMS) through NASA funded ESIP programs have been
deployed to deliver geospatial information for a number of projects in the
Upper Midwest RESAC.
